These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of promptpeti.com (the "Site"), operated by Prompt Peti ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

Prompt Peti provides free, editable AI prompt templates for use with third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini). You may browse, copy, and edit prompts for personal or business use, including commercial use in your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the prompt library itself (in bulk or as a scraped dataset) as a competing product.

2. No warranty on AI output

Prompts on the Site are templates intended to help you get better results from third-party AI tools. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the output generated by any AI tool you use with these prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it — including for accuracy, legal compliance, and appropriateness for your business.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and the compilation and organization of prompt templates are owned by Prompt Peti. The text of individual prompt templates is made available for free personal and business use as described in Section 1. All trademarks, logos, and brand names of third-party AI tools referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Third-party links and paid products

The Site includes links to third-party AI tools, social media channels, and an optional paid PDF prompt bundle sold through a third-party checkout provider (Superprofile). We are not responsible for the content, terms, pricing, or practices of any third-party site or service. Any purchase made through a third-party checkout is subject to that provider's own terms and refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to scrape, mass-download, or reverse-engineer the Site's content or codebase;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or availability; or
• Use automated means to access the Site in a way that sends excessive requests to our servers.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Peti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, its content, or any AI tool or third-party service you use in connection with it.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
